"I had the best experience with State Farm than I’ve had with any other insurer. Kendall was excellent to work with. I was so happy that she didn’t give up on me. She responded quickly to my questions and got me quotes on my auto, home and RV. I was not very responsive to her texts but I was so glad she continued to pursue me because I got some amazing coverages for less than I currently pay. Their rates were highly competitive. "I don't know Cody Paxman, but I can tell you that you are soooooooo blessed to have Christina as an agent for you. She was referred to me by my coworker/friend and my coworker told me how much she helped her out, that I should call Christina. Best thing I ever did was to call her and bundle my house/car with State Farm. Christina explained all different quotes and helped me pick the right solution. "I am the most difficult person to work with and these gents made my life so simple it would be blasphemy to complain. Saved me $58 dollars a month on my auto policy and hospital insurance. (Which parents side rant ( we don’t take care of our selves anyways just get hospital insurance added to your policy Really it’s free if you swap out for your regular insurance (girl math) cause we only go when we are dying anyways) so why not get paid to see the doctor ) Your auto insurance Hospital insurance Exceptional service And more Call Kidding this isn’t a paid ad But it could be 📞 me lol Seriously though great people to work with"

"I was told my insurance would not renew because of claims, of which I have none. I told them i wanted proof of a claim. I was told, if you call State Farm for and estimate, that counts as a claim even if nothing is paid out. It would have been helpful to know this before getting and estimate from State Farm. I could have called anyone for an estimate and it would not have counted as a claim. I sent an email to tell them that their report of a claim is preventing my opportunity to obtain insurance with some one other than State Farm. I received an email back that NO ONE in the DFW area would be renewed. NO ONE. This is ridiculous. I'll be warning my associates that have State Farm, to start looking elsewhere. I've never been able to talk to Cody, the agent. AND my insurance doesn't expire until April 1. 2026. My mortgage escrow was billed the second week of February, over 6 weeks early. Thankfully my mortgage called me and I instructed them not to pay State Farm over 3. 000.00. Who knows when I would have gotten it back."

We do tell all customers that they should reach out to our office before they reach out to claims. It's a huge benefit of having a local office with people you can trust. We can advise you and even help you through that process. We advise getting an estimate before you put in a claim since it's common that it is under the amount for the deductible. The fact that it counted as a claim is standard across the insurance industry and is intended to ensure transparency and thoroughness in handling potential claims. Regarding the renewals in the DFW area, it's actually only certain policies that are nonrenewed based on a variety of factors, including regional risk assessments and claims. As for the communication, I'm glad that Kendra and Kendall were able to be in constant communication with you throughout the process.
