"I've been with them for a few years now and they've been great. I was previously with other companies and they got me better rates when I joined. I have home/auto/umbrella policies with them and made a claim when my roof was destroyed by hail. The claim process went smoothly and I was very happy with the results. We are currently purchasing a boat and Kacee was fantastic and me get a quote and coverage started with a single day's notice. They are also great at reminding me to update my odometer readings in the app to get discounts. Great customer service!"

"Pierre just happened to call at exactly the right time! I was just getting ready to start comparing insurance for my new to me Honda CRV, as my Farmers Insurance had more than tripled. Needless to say I was not in a very good mood. He walked me through all of the coverages in detail, made some amazing suggestions. Not only did my policy go down twice what I was paying, but I got much better coverage. He was not pushy at all, even gave me time to investigate a couple of other insurance companies after talking with him. Needless to say I ended up calling back and got set up. He definitely turned my day around, I am very thankful and excited to work with your agency. If all of your employees are as good as Pierre is, you will have a new client for quite some time!"

"Previous Insurance provider continued to increase premiums year after year for a decade. Biggest increase this year. Decided to shop it. Jace, an associate with Cody Paxman’s Agency responded quickly and had access to all my current insurance info. He took the time to review every detail, increased coverage amounts where they made sense and still reduced my annual premium by over $1,500. Saved my mortgage escrow.
