"**Alert** I moved over to State Farm based on several promises made by Cody Paxman, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised. Unexpected Rate Increase: One of the key reasons I switched was Cody’s assurance that my car insurance premium wouldn’t go up. However, shortly after joining, my Tesla’s insurance premium increased by $30/month. When I asked for an explanation or documentation regarding this change, I was met with vague responses and told that no proof or detailed information was available. That’s not the transparency I expected. Service Availability Misrepresented: I was told I’d have 100% agent availability, including direct contact with Cody when needed. Yet, once I signed up and started paying the premium, I’ve never been able to speak to him directly. Every time I call, I’m redirected to other agents who simply say, “Cody is busy.” That’s not what I was promised during onboarding. Safe Beacon Discount Confusion: State Farm advertises discounts of up to 30% through the Safe Beacon program. But when I asked how this discount is calculated on my account, no one could give me a clear answer. It feels misleading to promote a discount without being able to explain how it works. I sincerely hope that after reading this review, Cody Paxman will personally reach out to take accountability and resolve the issues. Communication and follow-through matter—and I’m still waiting for both."

"Casey was absolutely huge! I called her and asked for a quote for auto insurance and I didnt have a VIN. She worked with me and got me both full and liability coverage. She also text it to me so I didnt have to wait on the phone. I really enjoy dealing with her and Cody Paxman branch of State Farm. Ask my wife, she will tell you that is a rare statement when it comes to insurance agencies LOL. Casey was awesome and always provides great customer service!
