"**Alert** I moved over to State Farm based on several promises made by Cody Paxman, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised. Unexpected Rate Increase: One of the key reasons I switched was Cody’s assurance that my car insurance premium wouldn’t go up. However, shortly after joining, my Tesla’s insurance premium increased by $30/month. When I asked for an explanation or documentation regarding this change, I was met with vague responses and told that no proof or detailed information was available. That’s not the transparency I expected. Service Availability Misrepresented: I was told I’d have 100% agent availability, including direct contact with Cody when needed. Yet, once I signed up and started paying the premium, I’ve never been able to speak to him directly. Every time I call, I’m redirected to other agents who simply say, “Cody is busy.” That’s not what I was promised during onboarding. Safe Beacon Discount Confusion: State Farm advertises discounts of up to 30% through the Safe Beacon program. But when I asked how this discount is calculated on my account, no one could give me a clear answer. It feels misleading to promote a discount without being able to explain how it works. I sincerely hope that after reading this review, Cody Paxman will personally reach out to take accountability and resolve the issues. Communication and follow-through matter—and I’m still waiting for both."

"Casey was absolutely huge! I called her and asked for a quote for auto insurance and I didnt have a VIN. She worked with me and got me both full and liability coverage. She also text it to me so I didnt have to wait on the phone. I really enjoy dealing with her and Cody Paxman branch of State Farm. Ask my wife, she will tell you that is a rare statement when it comes to insurance agencies LOL. Casey was awesome and always provides great customer service! "This office is the worst insurance agent I've dealt with in 30 years of driving. They took months to change my insurance following a move. They took a month or more for any vehicle changes, sometimes collecting hundreds of dollars in the interim. They have lied repeatedly, failed to file policy changes and documents in a timely manner, and now lied to my husband again for the umpteenth time in the last three years. If you want a State Farm agent who will have your back, please do your due diligence and get a different office to help you. This agent's office does not have your back, they will lie to make you think everything is fine, and then you'll be blindsided finding out that not only is everything not fine, but they do not care."
